Andrew was thrilled at the success of the weekend,
“Looking back when I opened the restaurant on the site of the New Inn aged 21, little did I think I would be in the magnificent setting of The Manor 21 years later and still pushing the restaurant to even more success. Not only at the business but with events such as the Rochdale Feel Good Festival where I’m delighted to be demonstrating at once again this year. Not only did the guests enjoy the event, in the process it also raised £2,500 for Springhill Hospice from various raffles and fun stalls".
