Creamy Jerusalem Artichoke Soup, with frazzled bacon and truffled chives

Herb-Crusted Fillet of Brill with cucumber spaghetti, lobster and mussel sauce

Seared Wild Seabass served with Lancashire cheese potato gnocchi and
roast vine tomato and basil sauce

Fillet of Limousin Beef served with mini shin and wild mushroom pudding, pea puree and peppercorn sauce
